United Wakasa Yen

From Cube Studios Wiki

The United Wakasa Yen (¥UWY) is a currency used by Saint-Pétersbourg and Kōchi.

The United Wakasa Yen started out as the Kochian Yen for Kochi. It was later adopted by Saint-Petersbourg in 1991 in favor of the Saint Pétersbourg Roi because of their economic and geographic closeness. The name and code was officially changed in 2003 to reflect both countries using it. It was named after the Wakasa Islands, the island cluster that Saint-Pétersbourg and Kōchi (minus Tsukuto Island) share.

I’ll write the rest of this later bc mobile sucks
